Return period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return or issue a refund.
Eligibility for a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Prepare your parcel
Please make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging and include all tags.
Send your parcel
Once you have received the instructions from our customer service team, you may return your parcel to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
30-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible and automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
