RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Baelys Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.

Easy Returns Within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, labels and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the entire process.

Restocking fee: £0 — we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items — No charge to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective in any way.

Change of mind — The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us — Send an email to contact@baelysparis.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack your item — Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels and documents.
3. Send it back — Ship your return following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

Inspection — Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return criteria.

Refund timeframe — Once approved, your refund will be processed. It typically takes up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or product, contact us at contact@baelysparis.com and we will assist you with a swift exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
